Secret Message for our Super Special Friends

Hello you!!
It’s FINALLY time for some restaurant developments!

We have missed all of you SO MUCH and are so ready to see you and get back at it. I am sure you're wondering why we have been so heavily delayed... well, it's because of the usual bureaucratic such and such--and the lack of workers that are around!

Opening a new restaurant requires a LOT of inspections, especially with any new construction. Sometimes the inspectors don't show up, sometimes the people we hired didn't do it right, sometimes the inspectors aren't available for weeks on end, and multiply that by 100. Oh well!

But the good news is, we are scheduling our final inspection to obtain our food license, and we are good to go! We expect to open within the month :)

We will take the BEST care of you. Please come see what Dennis can do with nothing holding him back! Dennis' cousin Simon is also joining us. He has Japanese kitchen and sushi experience as well. He's a very likable, goofy guy and I'm excited for you all to meet him.
